About the role

We're looking for a GTM Lead to take Dream Play from a product people love to a brand people talk about. This is a hands-on execution role spanning launches, activations, communities, and content — working directly with the Business team and a small 2–3 person social/activation team. (Travel required)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Brand & Messaging

  • Own Dream Play's brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints
  • Translate a technically sophisticated AI product into stories that make a padel player stop scrolling
  • Adapt the core narrative for players, court operators, tournament organisers, and sports media

Social Media & Digital

  • Drive Dream Play's social story across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn — shape the content calendar and brief the team
  • Grow the community from early adopters to an active global player base; turn followers into advocates
  • Coordinate with growth teams on performance campaigns for user and court acquisition

Events, Tournaments & Offline Activation

  • Plan and lead Dream Play's presence at events — from local court launches to major padel and pickleball tournaments
  • Drive on-ground experience: space design, signage, player engagement, and live data demos
  • Get Dream Play into the right third-party events (summits, leagues, expos) and negotiate terms

Communities, Influencers & Ambassadors

  • Build and run Dream Play's ambassador programme — find the players and coaches who embody the brand
  • Lead entry into padel and pickleball communities across clubs, WhatsApp groups, and Discord servers in each market
  • Identify and close influencer and brand partnerships that extend Dream Play's reach

What we are looking for

Must-Haves

  • 5–8 years in GTM, marketing, or brand — consumer tech, sports, or lifestyle preferred
  • You've run launches: markets, campaigns, events. You have examples of taking something from zero to visible
  • Strong social media instincts — content strategy, community, and growth; know what good creative direction looks like
  • Experience with events or on-ground activations; comfortable driving the experience alongside a team
  • Clear communicator — can make a complex AI product immediately compelling to a player or court owner
  • High ownership, low need to be managed; genuine passion for sport

Good to Have

  • Experience with racket sports communities (padel, pickleball, tennis, squash)
  • Influencer / ambassador programme management
  • Experience working across multiple geographies simultaneously
