Go-to-Market Manager

About the role

We're looking for a GTM Manager to be the execution engine behind Dream Play's marketing and brand presence. You'll work directly under the GTM Lead, owning specific workstreams across social, content, events, and community — and making sure the day-to-day gets done with high quality and speed. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build in a fast-moving sports-AI startup. Travel required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Brand & Content Execution

  • Execute Dream Play's brand voice and visual identity across assigned channels and campaigns
  • Create and manage content in line with the GTM Lead's direction — posts, briefs, copy, and creative assets
  • Maintain consistency across touchpoints; flag gaps or quality issues proactively

Social Media & Digital

  • Manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Track performance metrics and share weekly reporting with the GTM Lead
  • Support growth campaigns for user and court acquisition alongside the performance team

Events & On-Ground Activation

  • Support planning and lead execution at local court launches, tournaments, and expos
  • Own logistics: space setup, signage, player engagement, and coordination with venue partners
  • Be the boots-on-ground at activations — making sure the Dream Play experience lands well

Communities & Influencer Support

  • Help manage Dream Play's ambassador programme — coordination, content, and relationship upkeep
  • Drive community presence across padel and pickleball clubs, WhatsApp groups, and Discord servers
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding influencer and brand partners

What we are looking for

Must-Haves

  • 4–6 years in marketing, brand, or GTM — consumer tech, sports, or lifestyle preferred
  • Experience executing campaigns or events end-to-end; you've shipped things, not just planned them
  • Strong social media fundamentals — content, scheduling, engagement, and basic analytics
  • Organised and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Clear communicator — written and verbal; can brief a designer or brief a court partner with equal ease
  • High ownership, low need to be managed

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with racket sports communities (padel, pickleball, tennis, squash)
  • Experience supporting influencer or ambassador programmes
  • Exposure to multi-market or multi-city execution
