Senior Product Designer

• Own design end-to-end, including research, concepts, flows, shipped product
• Drive quality across iOS and Android with strong mobile-native sensibility
• Make intentional tradeoffs across user needs, business goals, and constraints
• Contribute to and evolve a shared design system as the product scales
• Use AI tools actively to move faster and at higher quality

• 5+ years of product design experience — with a portfolio of shipped consumer mobile products
• Mastery of fundamentals — typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, colour, interaction
• Systems thinking — you design components, patterns, and rules that scale, not one-off solutions that look good in isolation
• Shipped consumer mobile — you have deep familiarity with iOS and Android platform conventions, and the judgment to know when to follow them
• Strong product thinking — you ask "why" before "what" and think in flows and outcomes
• AI-fluent — you use AI actively in ideation, prototyping, and research
• High standards, low ego — you care more about what ships than who gets credit

We're a small team and design is at the center of how we build. You'll own product experiences end-to-end and work directly with the founders. Small team means your decisions actually shape the product.
